Cancellation & Refund Terms

Cancellations/refunds for our tour and event services apply under the Turkish Package Tour Regulation and the terms below. Dated services carry no right of withdrawal; cancellations are assessed by time remaining to the tour date.

Cancellation Terms (sample — to be finalised)

• 30+ days before: [__]% refunded.
• 15–29 days before: [__]% refunded.
• 7–14 days before: [__]% refunded.
• Under 7 days: no refund.

Non-refundable third-party costs (flight/event tickets, visa, accommodation) are deducted.
