Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

SELLER: ONİKİGEZİ TURİZM (“On İki Ay Gezi”) · TÜRSAB No: 12290 · Bereketzade Mah. Büyük Hendek Cad. Gönülhan Apt. No:17/3 Beyoğlu, İstanbul
BUYER: the consumer whose details appear on the order.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and provision of the tour/service ordered electronically via the On İki Ay Gezi website, under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service & Price

The tour name, date, participants and total price are as shown in the order summary. Payment is collected in TRY via iyzico with 3D Secure. Card data is not stored by the SELLER.

4. Withdrawal / Cancellation

Dated tour/event services are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Art. 15/1-g). Cancellations follow the Cancellation & Refund Terms.
